Luton Town are looking for a new manager after Rob Edwards parted company with the club by mutual consent last week.

Vastly experienced player and manager who made over 550 appearances for Middlesbrough, Celtic and Ipswich. Took over as caretaker of the Tractor Boys and has also been in charge of Hibernian, West Bromwich Albion, Celtic, Middlesbrough, Coventry, Blackburn, Sunderland and Birmingham City, leaving the Blues in May 2024 to concentrate on his health, having been diagnosed with bowel cancer. 10. Stephen Robinson: 28/1
Made his name at AFC Bournemouth as a player initially before moving to Luton in 2002, playing 211 times for the Hatters, scoring 12 goals, helping Town win the League One title. Following his retirement, the ex-Northern Ireland international has managed Oldham Athletic, Motherwell and Morecambe, taking over at St Mirren in February 2022, with the Buddies now seventh in the Scottish Premier League. Having had spells at Mainz and Schalke 04, the German-born striker ended up winning eight games for the USA in his playing days. Started his management career off at Borussia Dortmund II, then going to Huddersfield where he won promotion to the Premier League in 2017 and kept the Terriers there the following season. Appointed at his former side Schalke, with his next port of call Swiss club Young Boys, where he engineered victory over Manchester United in the Champions League group stages. Ex Norwich and Wycombe defender, who won 29 caps for Scotland, started off managing with MK Dons in November 2019, heading to Swansea City two years later. Offered the Southampton job in June 2023 as he took the Saints to the Premier League via the play-offs, beating Leeds United 1-0. Despite signing a three year contract extension, was sacked last month after managing just one top flight win so far, the south coast club cut adrift at the bottom of the table. Photo: Dan Istitene
