Midfielder Matt Robinson is pleased to have earned manager John Still’s trust this season.
The 20-year-old didn’t start a league game until December 28 last campaign, but has begun all four matches so far.
He said: “It’s nice to know the gaffer has faith in you and confidence in you to play.
“It’s a bit different to the start of last season to say the least,
“But it’s also nice to know for myself that I’ve come a long way as a player from a year ago, so it’s all positive to take on at the moment.”
On Robinson’s start, boss John Still added: “Matt Robinson wasn’t quite ready last year, I think he’s been outstanding this year.
“His attitude, his work ethic, desire, has been terrific and very noticeable in training.”
