Scans to decide Crow’s fate

DANNY Crow’s season is in the balance after suffering a potentially serious knee ligament injury against Kidderminster on Saturday, writes Mark Wood.

The creative striker was due to undergo scans yesterday to diagnose the problem.

Crow, whose leg was in a brace at training on Monday, has been in impressive form against Barrow and Kidderminster, and is a real concern for boss Gary Brabin.

Speaking on Monday, he said: “That’s a real blow. I was gutted for Crowy because I think he has been brilliant the last two games and been a big part of our attacking play.”
