Smith crowned News/Gazette Hatter of the Year

Hatters midfielder Jonathan Smith has been named the News/Gazette Hatter of the Year.

The popular 28-year-old, finished top of an online poll on the website, with almost 30 per cent of the vote from over 400 supporters.

Smith, who also won three prizes at the club’s end of season awards night, beat fellow midfielder Nathan Doyle who came second, with Scott Griffiths third and Michael Harriman fourth.
