Hatters boss John Still has confirmed that midfielder Jonathan Smith has been offered a new contract by the club.
The 28-year-old, who walked away with three awards at the end of season presentation evening on Sunday night, had recently declared his desire to stay at Kenilworth Road.
Speaking to the News/Gazette, Still said: “We have offered him a new deal so we’re just waiting on that, but I don’t see that being a problem.”
Still also confirmed that Luke Guttridge, Alex Lawless and Luke Wilkinson will all be staying at the club too after triggering new deals during the season.
