The former Dagenham & Redbridge manager took over after Paul Buckle had left the club last season and admitted he has thoroughly enjoyed his tenure so far.

Still said: “It’s everything that I would have hoped it would have been.

“From day one, I had a belief of how I wanted to do it and the way I wanted to do it.

“What we’ve created now, and I’m not saying it wasn’t created before, but the stronger the team, the stronger the team and no part is any less important than the other part.”

Still admitted he had been surprised with the speed his new charges had taken on board his methods though, as they head the Skrill Premier by a massive 14 points after last night’s 5-0 thumping win over Wrexham.
