Still is taking JPT tie seriously

Speaking ahead of the tie, Still said: “It’s a great tournament and a realistic one for us to have a crack at having a run and getting to Wembley in.

“We want to give it a really good shot and that’s exactly what we will do.”

Striker Josh McQuoid is also hoping to build some momentum in tonight’s clash and take it on to the league game at Cambridge United on Saturday.

He said: Any game you want to win. Hopefully on Tuesday we can put in a good performance, win the game and that will spiral on to the next game and the game after that.”

The forward, who has started Hatters’ last two games, is hoping he keeps his place in the side too, adding: “I want to play as many games as I can, get my fitness up, so if the manager plays me, I’ve got to make sure whatever part I play, I play well.

“We’ve got a big squad and good enough players to fill in anywhere as we’ve seen.

“It’s tough with a new squad as we’re all bedding in together, looking for those partnerships and getting to know each other, so hopefully we can get that win and whoever plays does well.”
