Hatters boss John Still is playing the waiting game when it comes to new additions before Monday’s transfer deadline.
The manager is hoping of bringing in one if not two signings to his squad, and speaking on Tuesday evening, he said: “We’ve made inroads and we’re just sitting on it now. People leave it to the last minute as we’ve had talks and we’re just waiting, that’s all I can say.”
Meanwhile, Still is hopeful that former England international Andy Johnson will make a decision on his future in the next seven days.
