The 22-year-old left back has been on trial with Luton recently, playing in the Final Third Development League games against Bournemouth and Gillingham.

He has now moved to the Conference South side for first team football, and played in the 2-1 defeat to Havant & Waterlooville on Saturday.

Still said: “Jordan’s a player I’ve known for many years at West Ham.

“He found himself without a club in the summer, so said to him, you’re not going to get a club doing nothing, so why don’t you come and train.

“We’ll help you get fit and if we help you get fit, we might be able to help you find a club.

“Then if you do that well, there maybe something at the end of the rainbow for you.”

Although Brown is one that Still is looking to progress at Boreham Wood, he did bring in teenager Mark Onyemah during the summer, who is currently impressing at Thurrock and with a host of youngsters signed during the close season, Still is continuing to shape the future of the Hatters.
