Stockley relishing U’s meeting
Hatters loan signing Jayden Stockley is looking forward to coming up against former club Cambridge United this weekend.
The 21-year-old spent a frustrating stint with the U’s earlier in the season, scoring twice on his debut, but only started twice, playing just 135 minutes in total.
He went back to AFC Bournemouth, before moving to Luton earlier this month, and on the encounter, Stockley said: “I’ve got some friends playing for them, but my mind’s going to be totally on winning that and doing my best for Luton Town.
“Nothing else is good enough than giving your best.
“I’ll be going out there as if I didn’t ever play for Cambridge and totally committed to Luton.”
