The Hatters lie 13th in the Championship table and although just seven points separate from the bottom three, Jones’ side are well in control of their own destiny.

FiveThirtyEight have released their latest predictions on how the Championship table will finish – which makes for interesting and controversial reading.

. 7th - Blackburn Rovers - 68 points

. 8th - Middlesbrough - 67 points
