Town train sights on old school site
AMBITIOUS Luton Town are closing in on a new training ground that will be based at the old South Luton High School, writes Mark Wood.
Luton Borough Council is currently weighing up a number of offers to help regenerate the site from both the Hatters and a number of other organisations.
The local authority is set to debate and finalise its use this month, but it is understood Luton Town are leading the race for a 9,000sqm section of the site that would help to house new training facilities for both senior and youth teams.
