Jason Penman (70) again put the visitors ahead, but Mark Burfoot levelled six minutes later to square the scores.

Kent started the better of the two unbeaten teams in this top-of-the-table encounter with Pat Daly just missing from a good cross from Craig Meyrick after 10 minutes.

But they did take the lead when Moss scored his first goal of the season from a corner.

Adam Currington almost made it two midway through the half when a cross was deflected towards goal, but was cleared by a Pitstone defender.

The hosts started to come into the game and equalised on the stroke of half time when Aquila effort slid under Kent keeper’s body.

The second half started very much the same as the first with Kent pressing and they retook the lead through Penman only for Burfoot to level six minutes later.

Both teams looked for a winner, but neither was able to find one, as both teams maintained their unbeaten starts to the season.

Meanwhile, AFC Dunstable, who were without a game at the weekend, go to Berkhamsted in the second round of the Dudley Latham Memorial (Premier Division) Cup on Tuesday and on Saturday host Biggleswade United in the league.

On Tuesday’s game, AFC boss Alex Butler added: “Unfortunately we have six key players missing who booked a trip to watch Barcelona before this fixture was added, therefore this is an opportunity to play some of our very talented younger players and we will certainly be going over to get something out of the game.
