BARTON Rovers fell to their second Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central home defeat in four days as they went down 3-0 to title-chasing Slough Town on Tuesday night.

The visitors, who had former Luton Town, Brentford and Reading striker Lloyd Owusu on the bench, were ahead on 30 minutes when Sean Sonner netted after Stuart Swift’s cut back.

It was 2-0 on the stroke of half time with Dan Burnell on target, before he doubled his tally with five minutes remaining.

Rovers travel to North Greenford United on Saturday and Aylesbury on Tuesday night.
