Plowright gets the winner for Dunstable
Warren Plowright scored the only goal of the game as Dunstable Town enjoyed a 1-0 win at Molten Spartan SML Premier Division side Berkhamsted in their pre-season friendly on Saturday.
The hosts had former Blues players Jack Copson, Courtney Massey and BJ Christie in their side, while Nathan Frater and Tony Burnett returned for Dunstable.

In the second half, Dunstable had the edge as Frater shot wide, while Charlie Henry was denied by a fine save as was Adam Watkins.
The only goal of the game arrived on 70 minutes when Chris Marsh’s cross found the industrious Plowright whose firm shot took a deflection and deceived Carl Tasker to hit the net.
