Bowling took the lead after just two minutes through Matt Conway and looked as if they were on for another win against fourth-placed Swan.

But Swan levelled from a free-kick that went through the wall and beat keeper Paul Yarnell.

Two quick Henry Steele goals just before half time seemed to put Bowling in control, but a second half to forget saw Bowling concede four goals as they failed to have a single shot at goal.

Mistakes by Yarnell and an own goal by Wayne O’Connor saw Bowling produce their worst half of football of the season to hand Swan a deserved win.

Bowling’s top performer was Liam Kaye.
