Molten Spartan SML Division One side Crawley completely dominated their Division Two guests, scoring three times in the opening half hour.

The Maroons took the lead after just two minutes on Saturday when Peter O’Donnell set up Jamie Warne and Henry Mungwira fired home.

Chris Harvey had a shot saved by Mace, while Pat Daly’s effort was kept out by Dean Bull, before Crawley did get a third on 29 minutes when Mungwira laid the ball back for Daniel Mead to rifle home.

In the second period, Bull denied Daly again on 59 minutes, while O’Donnell sent a diving header just wide from Sarrington’s cross and Mungwira hit the bar.

Kent hit back on 69 minutes when Stuart Strange tripped Daly and Adam Currington netted the penalty.

The visitors were unable to kick on though as Crawley added a fourth when Mungwira’s neat one-two with man of the match O’Donnell ended with him chipping home.
