Alex Wall needs to work hard to put himself back in contention for a first team place at Kenilworth Road.
Wall returned early to Luton Town from a loan spell at Bristol Rovers last week.
Hatters boss John Still said: “He went (to Rovers) not fit. We told Bristol Rovers he wasn’t fit, but they said they would use him.
“They have played him, not a lot. He has come back fitter but he has still got to work hard on his fitness over the next week or ten days, so we’ll have a little programme for him.
“He’ll have to work hard to get back in contention.
“We weren’t crazy about loaning him out but they were desperate. He is fitter now than when he went but he’s a little way away yet.”
