New Hatters defender Luke Wilkinson doesn’t see any reason why his new side can’t be challenging for a second successive promotion this season.
Wilkinson, who moved to Kenilworth Road from Dagenham & Redbridge for an undisclosed fee, said: “There’s not much difference between the two divisions.
“We’ve got some good players here and hopefully everyone’s performances can carry on from last season as to win the league the way they did last year was amazing.
“Everyone will be on a high and hope to carry it on this season.”
Wilkinson was aware of a number of Town’s squad before joining too as he added: “Paul Benson I know from when I joined Dagenham, Pelly Ruddock when I went on loan to Boreham Wood he was there.
“Solomon Taiwo came back on loan to Dagenham and when I was at Portsmouth and went on loan to Northampton, Luke Guttridge was there, so I know him as well.”
