Gottfried wins WMF World Adventure Golf Masters title

Emily became a two-time WMF champion, defeating defending champion Ruth Burke in a sudden-death play-off at the third extra hole as both players had tied after six rounds.

The event took place at the 18-hole Pirate-themed Adventure Golf course in Hastings last weekend, with 37 players in the individual tournament along with a seven-team team competition.

Richard and Emily teamed with John Moore and Craig Patterson as part of the Great Britain III team to take on on Germany, Sweden, three other GB teams and a WMF Allstar team. They made the cut for the final round and finished in fifth place overall.
