GYMNASTICS: Browne tumbles to second

Browne, who trains at Harlequin School of Gymnastics in Leighton Buzzard, was in action against 33 other gymnasts from all over the world.

The Lutonian has only been training at an elite level for six months, after being selected for the Great Britain squad, and excelled in his first international competition as he made his GB bow.

Parents at Harlequin pulled together to help fund Browne’s trip and he is next in action at the European Championships. Luton tumbler Elliott Browne finished fifth in the World Age Group 15-16 competition in Bulgaria last month.
