HOCKEY: Luton men are easily defeated
Luton Town HC men’s team were beaten 6-1 by Brentwood in their East Men’s League Division Two South clash on Saturday.
The IIs beat Hertford IIs 3-2 in Division Four South West, while in Division Seven South West, the IIIs saw off Bedford Vs 2-0 and the IVs lost 4-3 at Potters Bar IIIs.
Luton ladies were held to a 0-0 draw at Saffron Walden IIs in their Five Counties Women’s League Premier Division meeting, while the IIs lost 4-0 at home to Stevenage IIIs in Division Three.
