Icknield girls do themselves proud at regional event
ICKNIELD High School’s U16 netball team, pictured right, performed admirably at the Eastern Regional Schools Netball tournament.
The Year 10 and 11 students were in action at Hassenbrook School in Thurrock with the hope of moving into the national finals.
Icknield produced some great defence, but sometimes struggled in front of goal despite some clever movement and aggressive play in the attacking circle.
