Lewis runs the race of his life in London
Luton AC member Jamal Lewis won the U15 London mini marathon race at the weekend, completing the three-mile course in a stunning time of 15.04mins.
Competing for the East of England, Lewis lined up against a quality field which included the winners of the National and English Schools Cross-Country Championships, in a race that has previously been won by Olympic gold medalist Mo Farah.
Amalia Edwards, in the equivalent girls race, ran a solid race to finish 51st in 18.51mins, while Hannah Farmer came 44th.
