A team weakened by the absence of star thrower David Burrell, and all but one of their regular jumpers, struggled in a very tight match at Hemel Hempstead as they finished with 163.5pts, behind City of Norwich, Dacorum & Tring and Wycombe Phoenix.

Star of the ladies team was undoubtedly Suzanna Wise, with four victories.
