Luton AC impress in Chiltern League
Luton AC athletes made the journey to a dry but icy Upton Park, Slough, for the third Chiltern League fixture at the weekend.
The girls teams took the honours with the U11s winning against 21 other clubs to retain their narrow lead in the league with Chiltern Harriers only 11 points behind.
Devon Pearce was the leading runner home in an excellent third place from Elizabeth Bentham (eighth), Hannah Foster (ninth) and Libby Jay (19th).
The joint U17/20 ladies team also won with Bethany Hanson and Hannah Farmer having outstanding runs to finish as first and second U17s.
