Luton claim historic Cup win

LUTON Rugby won the East Midlands Cup for the first time in their history on Wednesday as they comprehensively defeated Bedford Athletic at Bedford Blues’ Goldington Road ground.

Despite being without injured skipper Matt Allen, the National League Three side were full value for their win and provided the large crowd with excellent entertainment, scoring six tries against their Midlands One East opponents.
