Luton Town HC fall to Harpenden defeat
Luton Town HC men’s first team lost 1-0 to Harpenden IIs in East Men’s League Division Three South West at the weekend.
After defeating leaders Potters Bar last time out, confidence was high against the team ranked third, but Harpenden took immediate control, moving in front with 15 minutes gone.
Some outstanding saves from goalkeeper Tom Dobson kept Luton in the match and, although they had chances after the break, they couldn’t take them.
