Corsey, a product of the club’s youth system, stole the show in an entertaining game against Huntingdon that Park won 28-7 to stay fourth in the Midlands 3 East (South) division of the National League.

Despite a blustery wind blowing straight down the pitch, both sides contributed some brisk and controlled passing. But Park were ahead from the moment lock-forward Phil Doherty, who had a fine game, charged under the posts, with Sean Martin adding the extras.

The score remained 7-0 until the second half when Park took control, even though Huntingdon worked hard. Tight head prop Ricardo Noguera injected strength into the scrum and the back row were prominent.

Corsey unleashed blistering pace to score his tries before fly-half Brandon Lewsey bagged the bonus-point try with a trademark interception. Martin converted for all three.

Huntington scored a converted consolation try of their own right on the final whistle.
