Clare Philby pulled a goal back from with a fine finish from a short corner, and just before half-time, Luton earned another short corner.
Charlotte Dunham’s perfect strike was saved on the goalline by Hertford and led to a penalty flick from which Suzanne Starkey equalised.
Luton showed some nice play after the break, moving the ball around the pitch smartly, and Starkey completed the turnaround to reward a display of exceptional team spirit and smart hockey.

The Thirds also lost 4-0 at Welwyn, while the Fourth XI were beaten 7-1 at Shefford and Sandy, Christopher May with the consolation.
