Personal bests galore for Dunstable SC
Dunstable SC produced some fine swims at the ASA Bedfordshire County Championships held at the Inspire pool in Luton recently.
The club returned a superb 82 personal bests from 118 entries, winning five gold medals, 14 silvers and 12 bronzes.
Harry Constantine claimed gold in the 200m backstroke in a club record of 2.20.19mins and new regional time, triumphed in the 50m (26.66secs) and 100m freestyle (58.92secs), both in new club records with a gold and bronze medal respectively.
