Luton lose out to last kick of the game against Eton Manor

Luton lost their London One North opener to the last kick of the game on Saturday as they went down 19-18 at last season’s runners-up Eton Manor.

Manor landed a last-gasp penalty to snatch victory and win an entertaining and competitive game.

Despite playing some excellent attacking rugby Luton, who fielded a number of debutants, were eventually beaten by a well-organised home side who had the better of the loose play where the fitness of one or two of the Luton forwards fitness was found wanting.
