SQUASH: Ladies night as women’s star visits

Many women enjoyed playing not just squash, but also Racketball and partaking in a new initiative called Squashercise.

Wright, a Commonwealth Games gold medalist, said: “It was great to see so many girls and women come and have a go.

“There were certainly some tired bodies at the end, but all seemed to be happy.”

LDSC also used the roadshow to launch a new six-week squash course for women and girls starting on Wednesday, July 2 and costing only £1 each per week.
