Both the men’s and women’s events feature world class fields, including gold medallists from this year’s FINA World Masters Championships in Kazan, Russia.

All the Putteridge swimmers achieved what they had set out to, whether it be a personal best or record, as well as the usual medal haul.

Lawrence Palmer had an excellent weekend with gold in the 100m IM, 200m IM and 50m breaststroke which also saw him achieve another British record as well as a silver in the 50m butterfly.

Meanwhile, Lewis King claimed bronze in the 400m IM, Miriama Owens won bronze in the 100m freestyle 35-39 age group with an amazing time of 1.01mins, while Jordan Batson took bronze in the 50m breaststroke and silver in the 100m breaststroke.
