Those who want to visit in person can attend a Clearing Open Campus event on Friday 14 August or Saturday 15 August, where they can tour facilities, speak with academic staff and admissions advisers, and get a feel for campus life before making their decision. Alternatively, Clearing Campus Tours will be running daily from Thursday 13 August to Friday 21 August, giving prospective students the opportunity to explore the campuses, view key facilities and ask any questions they may have.
In addition to expert support and flexible study options, the University of Bedfordshire offers a range of scholarships worth up to £2,500 per year, helping students with the cost of their studies. Click here to find out more about the scholarships available.
Students looking for more insight into the Clearing process can also listen to the University's special ‘Bits of Beds’ podcast episode, where staff and current students share practical advice, personal experiences and tips for navigating Results Day.
Blaithin Donnelly joined the University of Bedfordshire through Clearing and studied Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, graduating in 2025. She is now working as a Sports Massage and Rehabilitation Therapist and says her degree has given her the knowledge and understanding needed to support clients in her chosen career. She said: “My time at Bedfordshire has shaped me in more ways than one. Moving from my little hometown to a place where I knew nobody and thriving continuously has given me the confidence to talk to people I don’t know, get to know clients at my own practice, and be comfortable in sharing my own opportunities/experiences to make others more comfortable in their own situations.”
No matter how today has gone, there are still plenty of opportunities ahead. For many students, Clearing is the start of a rewarding university experience – and the University of Bedfordshire is here to help every step of the way.
