The Hatters led through James Collins' 23rd minute goal and held on to secure a first clean sheet since mid-October as they moved off the bottom of the table. See below for how the Town players rated on the night.
9. Izzy Brown: 8.5
Such a creative force, as he waltzed forward from kick-off to pick out Mpanzu for the spotkick. Should have notched his second goal, missing the target from close range, but ability to last until stoppage time is a huge boost.
10. Harry Cornick: 8
Wonderful assist for Collins as he showed great composure to beat Dawson and then pick out his team-mate. Produced some superb skill in the second period to beat two players, before making way for Hylton.
11. James Collins: 8
Managed to recover from early penalty miss by taking up some good positions and was in the right place to tuck home Cornicks cut back. Unselfish at times too, setting up Browns opportunity, as he never stopped running.
12. Danny Hylton (SUB): 7
Great to see him back out on the pitch for Luton as he made a long-awaited return from his knee injury. Played his part in ensuring the ball stuck up front in the final 20 minutes.
