Jumbo celebrations at Whipsnade Zoo

Keepers will be proudly exhibiting artwork produced by Karishma, the Asian elephant.

The pachyderm-Picasso’s pieces will be on display for art-lovers to admire on Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25, only.

The weekend of appreciation will also include behind-the-scenes tours, face painting and up-close encounters. Visitors who make a donation to the zoo’s elephant conservation work can enjoy a guided tour of the elephants’ barn or meet one of the friendly herd of heavyweights for a mega photo opportunity.
