It was 4-1 to Blues at the break though as Jonathan Cooper, Matthew Judge (penalty) and Nick Jackson all scored.

After the break, Warren Plowright, a midweek signing from rivals Royston Town, set up Cooper to score, befoer Peter Holmes Homes’ inch-perfect 25-yard free-kick found the top corner.

Frater netted the seventh, and although Brunt notched in injury time, it was a mere consolation.

Tomorrow night Dunstable entertain London Tigers, on Saturday they face AFC in the big Dunstable derby and on Tuesday host Leighton Town in semi-finals of the Beds Senior Cup.
