Hatters linked with a move for Motherwell midfielder Campbell
Town thought to be interested in Scottish U21 international
Luton Town have been linked with a summer move for Motherwell midfielder Allan Campbell.
The 22-year-old has come through the ranks at Fir Park, making his debut back in August 2016, going on to make over 150 appearances for the club so far.
He has played 36 times this season, scoring five goals, while has also had 24 outings for the Scotland U21s during his career too.
Campbell is out of contract at the end of the season, with a report in the Daily Record stating Luton chief Nathan Jones is an admirer of the player who is also thought to be interesting Championship rivals Millwall, plus fellow Scottish Premier League sides Aberdeen and Hibernian.
Jones himself recently stated his enthusiasm for the upcoming transfer window, saying: "We’re in a decent position and we’re quite excited about what we can do in the summer.
"It’s not because we’ve got a load of money to spend, but there will be scope to go out and fish like we do reasonably well."
