Luton were beaten 4-3 by AFC Bournemouth on Wednesday night after letting a 3-0 half time lead slip away.
Tahith Chong, Chiedozie Ogbene and Ross Barkley had all found the net in the first period, only for the Cherries to reply with four goals of their own after the break and claim the points. To find out how the Hatters players rated on the evening, see below.
5. Daiki Hashioka: 5.5
Starting a Premier League game for the first time as the wingback went to the left-sided centre half berth he has been deployed in since joining. Wasn't ideal up against the powerful Cherries forwards as he was at full stretch to keep them out during the first half. Outmuscled and spun by Solanke as Bournemouth pulled one back early in the second half and was then targeted from that moment onwards, as with little coverage, Semenyo just ran at him to make it 3-3. Brought off by Edwards almost immediately in a defensive reshuffle. Photo: Mike Hewitt
6. Alfie Doughty: 6
Real mixed bag on the night as some of his attacking play with Chong in the first half was absolutely excellent. Raced on to one pass to look up and find Ogbene with a perfect cross to make it 2-0, while almost did the same later on. After the break, he did well to keep out one header on the line, unlucky not to prevent Zabarnyi's follow-up from making it 2-2. Struggled defensively from there and didn't really give Hashioka much help as Bournemouth piled forward, an unwise attempt to win the ball back high up allowing Semenyo to burst clear and win it. 7. Ross Barkley: 6.5
Got on the ball at times in the first half, as Luton's main threat came on the counter-attack, the midfielder able to find Town's pacy runners either side of him. Demonstrated a great turn of speed to time his run from Kabore's pass and hammer into the net to make it 3-0, a goal he must have felt would put Luton out of sight. Those hopes were premature though, as with the Cherries level, he missed a wonderful chance at 3-3 from Morris's header. Another painful whack to his already broken nose saw him off in the closing stages. Photo: Warren Little
8. Jordan Clark: 6
One lovely piece of vision and a terrific cross got the Hatters off to the perfect start when putting the ball on a plate for Chong to nod Town in front. Helped Luton turn the ball over and get away to break forward on their opponents during a first half when they got everything right in the final third. Didn't happen after the break though as the visitors' midfield was simply swamped from the word go and couldn't ever get out. Might have had a chance himself late on, only for a heavy touch at the vital moment. Photo: Mike Hewitt
