Luton were no match for league leaders Cardiff City, falling to a 3-1 defeat.
The Bluebirds took the lead through David Turnbull, before Jordan Clark levelled from the penalty spot. Quickfire strikes before half time from Joel Colwill and Perry Ng were enough to ensure the points stayed in Wales and to find out how the Hatters players rated, see below.

Came on for Cole midway through the second period, but tried to do things too quickly at times, looking to force a pass through to a team-mate, only to end up giving it away as Luton's attack petered out. Although he went upfront with Al-Hamadi, he never seriously threatened being in the right place to pull one back as the Hatters couldn't create any goalscoring opportunities for him. Winger was the one change from the 2-1 victory over Bradford as he started on the bench this time, brought on around the 65th minute to try and create a way back into the contest for Luton. Made the odd sprint up the right and sent in one cross that was well tipped away by Trott as the keeper used his height well, snuffing out any slim hopes Town had of pulling a goal back. Got into some nice areas during his cameo, as he had one good break with Clark, only for some miscommunication in the vital moment lead to it frustratingly breaking down. Another opportunity on the left later on, as he unfortunately slipped and could only end up giving the ball away inside the area as he tasted a first defeat since arriving in England.
