Luton held automatic promotion chasers Blackburn Rovers to a goalless draw at Kenilworth Road on Saturday. The Hatters had the two best chances in the first half, with Kal Naismith and Cameron Jerome both off target from close range. To find out how the hosts rated on the afternoon, see below.
9. Allan Campbell: 7.5
Hard-working midfielder was to the fore in the first half making some clever runs into the box and might have had an early penalty had he not stayed on his feet. Showing now just why Jones was so eager to bring him in during the summer.
10. Fred Onyedinma: 7.5
Back from the start to partner Jerome and looked to get at the visitors defence whenever possible, one burst leading to a booking and then found Jerome for his glorious chance. Faded slightly in the second period before being replaced.
11. Cameron Jerome: 7.5
Went up against the towering Rovers’ back-line and made sure Town were a threat aerially themselves. Thought he had opened the scoring when meeting Onyedinma’s cross but his bad luck continued by hitting the inside of the post.
12. Harry Cornick (SUB): 6
Great to see him back on the pitch for the first time since November as he looked to get about the Rovers defence, only to find them a tough proposition in the latter stages.
