Luton ensured there was no repeat of last weekend's humiliation at the hands of Birmingham City with a battling goalless draw against Sheffield United on Saturday. The Hatters had the best chances throughout, but saw Fred Onyedinma's goal ruled out for offside and Harry Cornick hit the bar from close range. To find out how the hosts rated on the afternoon, see below.
9. Fred Onyedinma: 7.5
Always looked like he could cause some mischief when in possession and up against his marker. Like Town, he came alive in the second half and thought he had opened the scoring, only to see the offside flag cut short his celebrations.
10. Harry Cornick: 7.5
Winger sent over one terrific cross in the first half for Adebayo to head off target. After the break, he had the chance of the match too from Foderingham’s poor clearance, but could only crash against the bar from close range.
11. Elijah Adebayo: 8.5
Worked his socks off against the United defence having a good battle with Basham early on. Put his best chance over, but harried the Blades back-line all game and it almost paid off when Foderingham’s clearance went straight to Cornick.
12. Glen Rea: N/A
On as Campbell looked to have suffered a slight injury and was able to ensure that the Blades didn't find any way through for what would have been an undeserved winner.
