Luton suffered a harsh defeat to high-flying Swansea City on Saturday, beaten 1-0 at Kenilworth Road. An early goal from on-loan Aston Villa midfielder Conor Hourihane proved the difference as although Town dominated, they couldn't find an equaliser. 1. Simon Sluga: 8
Back in after the Derby debacle and deserves great credit for his response, giving a solid display. Well protected, but made a fine stop from Ayew and commanded his box, with good handling and impressive kicking. | jpimedia
2. Luke Bolton: 7.5
Had a real test up against former Man City winger Celina and did well for the majority of the contest, sticking to his task doggedly. Made one good burst forward when he got a rare opportunity to show his attacking qualities. | jpimedia
3. James Bree: 7.5
Continued in his left back role and gave a solid showing, with some excellent clearing headers as City put a number of of threatening crosses. Unfortunate that a trip saw him lose his footing for the Swans winner. | jpimedia
4. Matty Pearson (STAR MAN): 8.5
Defender was excellent on the day, making a number of superb blocks and interventions, particularly in the second half as he just threw his body in front of anything Swansea sent his way. | jpimedia
