Luton Town conceded a late equaliser as they were held by fellow Championship strugglers Barnsley yesterday evening. Luke Berry had put the hosts in front, only to see Tykes sub Aapo Halme come off the bench to score with his first touch with six minutes remaining. To find out how the hosts rated on the night, see below.
9. Elliot Lee: 7
Had some good moments in the first half for Town when they had some rare moments in attack, his shot hitting the post before Berry followed up. Withdrawn at the break to try and prevent Luton being overrun in midfield.
10. Danny Hylton: 7
Attacker was restored to the starting line-up and had an entertaining battle against the Tykes defence all evening, winning a number of impressive headers as he got stuck in. Good ball found Lee in the lead-up for Town's goal too.
11. James Collins: 6.5
Worked hard all evening, but saw chances at a premium once more. Scythed down twice as Barnsley picked up two bookings, while good hold up play to feed Berry saw the midfielder go close.
12. Andrew Shinnie (SUB): 7.5
Had his longest run-out since January as his appearance after the break led to Luton finally gaining parity in midfield. One brilliant cross should have been pounced upon by Towns forwards.
