Carlton Morris scored his 16th goal of the season as Luton made it three successive wins by seeing off Bristol City at Kenilworth Road last night.
The hosts cut the gap on third placed Middlesbrough to just a single point with nine games of the campaign to go when Town’s leading scorer headed home Cody Drameh’s cross after just five minutes.
To find out how the Hatters rated on the evening, see below.

9. Luke Berry: 9
With Mpanzu and Clark injured then the midfielder got a deserved start for the Hatters. Would have no doubt scored if Morris wasn’t there instead, but still a massive influence in the central areas. His commitment to winning the ball back made it hard for the Robins to gain any real foothold as he showed great reserves of energy to last the full 90. Photo: Liam Smith

10. Elijah Adebayo: 9
Worked his socks off all evening and was unfortunate not to get the goal his play deserved, going close early on when found by Osho as he beat O’Leary but not the covering Sykes. Involved in a controversial moment when through and fouled by Pring, but opted to stay on his feet and denied again. Carried on giving everything after the break until replaced by Woodrow. 11. Carlton Morris (STAR MAN): 9
A majestic display of forward play by the striker for the entire 90. Leapt wonderfully to meet Drameh’s cross and plant the perfect header into the net to score what turned out to be the winner. Almost closed down a backpass to get his second, while had two more headers in the second period, one well saved and the other just wide. Becoming a real powerhouse for the Hatters. 12. Cauley Woodrow (SUB): 7
Had the final six minutes plus stoppage time in place of Adebayo. With Luton looking to take care of the ball in the closing moments, he was able to help Town do just that. Photo: Liam Smith
