Luton suffered a cruel 2-1 defeat against Burnley at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday night.
After Lyle Foster put the visitors ahead on the stroke of half time, it looked like Town had rescued a point when Elijah Adebayo netted with six minutes to go, only for the Clarets to immediately win it through Jacob Bruun Larsen’s wonderful curler.

Came on to give Luton some real attacking threat in the final stages and did just that. Just couldn't quite reach one cross into the area, while the ball wouldn't quite sit for him on another occasion, but when Burke won his header, the striker turned on a sixpence to find the bottom corner with a terrific finish for his first ever Premier League goal. Can only have boosted his confidence as he now targets a start against Spurs on Saturday. Photo: ADRIAN DENNIS

14. Tahith Chong (SUB): 7
Introduced to add some more creativity for the Hatters and it was just his kind of game, as with Burnley barely crossing the half-way line, he saw plenty of the ball and was afforded the freedom to run at the visiting defence. Did so with plenty of success, as he carried a real attacking threat that got the home fans off their seats. His cross into the area initiated the equaliser too, Burke heading down for Adebayo to do the rest. Photo: Christopher Lee
