Luton suffered a cruel 2-1 defeat against Burnley at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday night.
After Lyle Foster put the visitors ahead on the stroke of half time, it looked like Town had rescued a point when Elijah Adebayo netted with six minutes to go, only for the Clarets to immediately win it through Jacob Bruun Larsen’s wonderful curler.
To find out how the Hatters players rated on the evening, see below.

9. Jacob Brown: 6.5
Involved in some of the brighter moments for Luton during the opening 45 minutes as he glanced a header wide of the target. Lucky to stay on as having been booked, a clear foul went unpunished by referee Bankes, but thought he had made it 1-1 with a well directed back post header only for Cullen to get back in the nick of time. Off for Chong with 20 minutes left. Photo: Warren Little

10. Chiedozie Ogbene: 7.5
With the noise levels going up whenever the ball is near him, the speed merchant didn’t quite have things his own way in the first half in which he almost charged down visiting keeper Trafford from kick off. Well marshalled and put a header wide, as he came into it a lot more after the break with Luton on the front foot. Kept getting at his man whenever he could, even when moving to wingback, but just needs that to add that finishing touch now. Photo: Marc Atkins

11. Carlton Morris (STAR MAN): 7.5
Forward gave a fine display as the leader of Luton’s attack, holding the ball up well and trying to bring his team-mates into play. Won his aerial battles once more, with another 11 in the bank, posing the Burnley defence plenty of problems. Only thing lacking this time was his predatory instincts inside the box as he had two great chances from headers, frustratingly putting them both off target. Photo: Marc Atkins

12. Reece Burke (SUB): 6.5
Dropped down to the bench after suffering a sore groin during the 2-1 win at Everton on Saturday, but was on far quicker than he would have expected, replacing Bell early in the first half. Solid in the air, but the Hatters defence were given a tough time by the tricky Burnley attackers. Upping their game in the second period, his downward header was seized upon by Adebayo to score, although admitted he didn't quite get out quickly enough to block Bruun Larsen for the winner.
