Luton enjoyed a marvellous 1-0 win over fellow play-off chasers Nottingham Forest on Good Friday to take a huge step to reaching the Championship play-offs.
Kal Naismith bagged the only goal from the penalty spot on 37 minutes and to find out how the Hatters rated on the afternoon, see below.
9. Robert Snodgrass: 8.5
First start in six months and got to the pace of proceedings quickly, showing all his experience to ensure Luton didn’t lose the midfield battle. Coolness in possession shone through and his set-pieces led to some opportunities too. Photo: Liam Smith
10. Harry Cornick: 7.5
Effort was there in abundance as he helped Luton get in the faces of the Forest defenders not letting them settle and forcing a number of mistakes. Unsurprisingly tired in the second period though and made way for Hylton. Photo: Liam Smith
11. Elijah Adebayo: 8.5
Stood up well once more to the physical test that came his way throughout. Might have won a penalty when Worrall handballed, before stepping aside to let Naismith find the net from the spot. Late chance well saved by Samba’s legs. Photo: Liam Smith
12. Danny Hylton (SUB): 7
Came on as Cornick began to tire and helped Luton get up the pitch during the closing stages, taking a whack in the face for the cause too. Photo: Liam Smith
