Luton ground out a battling 2-1 win against Bristol City during their Championship clash at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday night. The hosts had led 1-0 through Tom Lockyer's first goal for the club, before Andreas Weimann levelled in the second period. Town weren't to be denied though, Elijah Adebayo netting his 12th of the season to win it, and to find out how the hosts rated on the evening, see below.
9. Luke Berry: 5
Yet another who was starting a first Championship fixture for some time and there was plenty of work to be got through as City had the better of possession for large periods. Minutes will have done him good before he made way for Campbell.
10. Admiral Muskwe: 4.5
As he had done on Saturday, really struggled to get into the game during the first half, offering Adebayo precious little support up top and easily handled by the City back-line. Town's threat improved when he was replaced by Onyedinma.
11. Elijah Adebayo: 7.5
Continues to be Town’s shining light as he is scoring all types of goals now, in the right place to prod home following a scramble in the box, despite Lockyer claiming it. His ability to lead the line will clearly be essential to any play-off push for Luton.
12. Fred Onyedinma (SUB): 7.5
Made a real difference from the moment he came on, getting on the ball and running at the City markers to give them something to think about. Some excellent trickery in the box almost led to a third. Pushing for a start on Saturday now.
